Can I visit the community now?

Yes! We have 9 beautiful model homes for you to tour from Beazer Homes, Meritage Homes, and Richmond American Homes. Our first recreation and community information center, The Hangout, is now open for you to visit. Hours are Mon. – Fri. 8 am – 5 pm and Sat. – Sun. 11 am – 6 pm. Get directions.

How many homes will be available in the community?

We anticipate 632 homes in the community featuring single- and two-story floor plans.

Who are the builders?

We have an amazing family of builders at Park Circle, including Beazer Homes, Meritage Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Wildflower. Homes are anticipated to range from 1,400 – 3,000+ sq. ft.

Will all builders at Park Circle have model homes?

All builders within Park Circle will have two to four model homes each, with the exception of Wildflower. We have 9 beautiful model homes for you to tour right now from Beazer Homes, Meritage Homes, and Richmond American Homes.

How many floor plans will Park Circle have?

We’ll have a rich range of more than 20 floor plans (of varying sizes and layouts) for you to explore and tour—so
you can find the one that will make your whole family happy.

When will homes be available for sale?

Beazer Homes, Meritage Homes, and Richmond American Homes are all currently for sale. KB Home and Shea Homes are sold out. Wildflower is currently taking reservations soon.

How much will homes cost?

We’re excited to bring San Diego new homes within reach! Pricing are from the $600,000s to the $900,000s. Be sure to sign up for updates to stay informed.

Do the homes include solar? Do you take VA loans?

Our homes will come with many modern features. Please contact the builder sales agents for home details and financing specifications.

Will there be HOA dues? Will there be Mello Roos? What is the anticipated property tax rate?

Yes, there will be HOA dues that will help keep our 3 recreation centers, parks, trails, and community landscaping beautiful. We anticipate these costs will be $230/month at buildout. Mello Roos and property tax will vary based on the price of the home. The anticipated tax rate, including Mellos Roos, is expected to be about 1.8% of the home price. Please contact the builder sales agents for specifics.

Is Park Circle a gated community?

The community is not gated and everyone can enjoy the 2.6-acre public Harvest Park.

Are the recreation centers, pools, or parks open for public memberships?

Our three community recreation centers, pools, parks, and trails are just for our residents. The only exception will be Harvest Park, a 2.6-acre public park that everyone will be welcome to enjoy.

When will Park Circle Commons open?

We opened Park Circle Commons early 2023 with the addition of McDonalds to the community. If you are interested in opening up shop, please inquire here.

What utility companies will serve Park Circle?
