The Porches Models, by Beazer Homes, are Now Open

The highly anticipated models of The Porches by Beazer Homes are here to show off the front porch life we’ve all been craving.

Porch life = best life

Social, yet with plenty of privacy, your Park Circle front porch home has a place for you to sip your coffee in peace and still enjoy some of your kids’ best outdoor moments. Rear garages and pedestrian paseos create beautiful streetscapes and more opportunities to greet your friends and neighbors—giving you that true community feeling. And did we mention that The Porches neighborhood is across the street from Park Circle’s 2.6-acre Harvest Park? (Yes, we are excited about that too!)

Home is where the family gathers

Beazer crafted these homes to be just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the out. The heart of the interior is centered around the kitchen—a place where you and your family can gather to create some of your fondest memories. From a fabulous holiday feast to a Super Bowl blowout, the expansive kitchen island has plenty of places to prepare your masterpieces. Plus, open floor plans allows for a seamless flow from dinner to movie night.

Adapted to now

In today’s world, Beazer understands the desire for places to make connections and flexible spaces that fit your needs. As the pandemic has confined us to our homes, they’ve created ample outdoor porch space that allows people to safely connect with their neighbors while social distancing. Craft a kitchen that’s all about entertaining, or one that puts family dinners and homework front and center. They also designed larger than average bedrooms to allow for a little extra room for home office or distance learning space. With Beazer’s Choice Plans™, you can personalize your primary living areas–giving you a choice of how you want to live in the home, at no additional cost.

You’ll see it first in Park Circle

These brand new floor plans were designed for Park Circle. Like Park Circle, The Porches collection is crafted to bring families and neighbors together in various gathering spaces in and outside of the home. Plus, classic American Heritage and Craftsman architectural styles with warm, textured materials were intentionally selected to make the homes even more cozy and inviting.

We spoke with The Porches’ architect, Brian Miller of Danielian Associates, for a front seat into their process to learn what inspires their designs.

Q. What’s your process for coming up with a design?

A. The home design process is all about the person who will live in it! It is critical to understand the “who” to know what is needed and to adjust priorities achieving the best value designs. Market research is critical in offering a variety of home designs to be unique to each buyer profile’s needs and wants.

Q. Why did you want to become an architect?

A. I was always around construction from my early childhood with my father being a custom home contractor. I loved being in the field working on homes seeing how every home was different and knew I wanted to be a part of the design process as an architect.

Q. How does it feel to come back after a home you designed has been built and see people living life and making memories?

A. Seeing the homes lived in is the ultimate reward. We love to come back to a home or model homes and talk with the homeowners or sales agents to get a feel for how they are being lived in, good or bad, to help influence future designs!
